Unregister doesn’t work?

  • I created unsubscribed page also thankyou.
    I have a shortcode for unsubscribing in my templet.
    In the emal a link is not clikable and destination is:

    x-webdoc://34026F80-D127-4D5E-AC12-3A6D08188918/rainbowsongs.org/unsubscribed/?id=1&[email protected]&list=default

    Am I doing something wrong?
