Unreliable

Where do I start ?
1. For a long time now, a year or more, every time when I edit, and try to select a section, on click, the section jumps out of it’s place to some neighboring area. So, so difficult to work. Don’t know where the problem lies, but it makes it next to impossible to work without jumping through hoops.
2.Trying to upload icons, they don’t show up, don’t upload for some unknown reasons, claim prefix is used, good luck getting them to work.
3. So and so documentation, you get the basics, but good luck beyond that. They tell you how things should work, not much if they don’t.
4. Infinite posts load – jumps to the top of the list with any new batch load.
When I contacted them, they were elusive and made me jumps through hoops to fix anything, when it’s clear it was a problem with the their plugin.
So much waste of time and unreliability.
