Unreliable theme & support, not even on pro version.

I’ve wasted hours on this. It looked such a good theme yet there are silly little problems that causes major issues. You can’t delete a simple section without it throwing the whole site into disarray and lose the lot! I have requested assistance time and time again and getting infuriated now. Barely been acknowledged, and when I was it was a single line of text that didnt offer any resolve. I didn’t want to leave a bad review but this has now ended up costing time and money.
