Unresponsive Support

    I’ve reached out to customer support with a subscription issue, and it was never resolved. I brought a MySQL vulnerability issue to their development team and they never responded.

    Speaking for myself, I’ve reached out multiple times to this company about different issues and I’ve was completely ignored.
