Unresponsive support

Latest update of this plugin destroyed my website as they discontinued certain shortcodes. Could no roll back to previous version as they do not offer downloads of old versions. Contacted support but absolutely no response, when I go on their website (https://www.cpothemes.com) there is just an error message that says “Error establishing a database connection”????????
