• I purchased the premium version of the app and was pleased with the way it was coming together. It took a few days to get the premium version to work on my install. When the App was ready for publishing thats when everything came apart. I paid them to submit the apps to the Play and Apple Stores. It took them a week longer than I was told to get the apps submitted. After the app was submitted Apple denied for the following reason. Guideline 2.4.1 – Performance – Hardware Compatibility We noticed that your app did not run at iPhone resolution when reviewed on iPad

    That was 5 days ago and no one has replied to me with any sort of status. Ive reached out almost daily but have had no luck. In all my years of using Word Press this is the first Negative review I have ever left.

  • You are lucky I waited nearly 14 days for a response, only time they did get back to me and in a rush is when I left a negative review.

    Upon which when I pointed out that Apple had found bugs in the App Dave decided to ignore what Apple had said and went on about changing the age category, he went ahead ignored the warning from Apple and proceeded to upload the App again only for it to again be declined for the exact same reason it was the first time.

    I sent Dave another email pointing out he hadn’t fixed the App only to be accused of being insulting and he couldn’t work with anyone who leaves bad reviews, I’m now going to get a refund, sadly that won’t refund the money sent to Apple Developers of I think $99 so I am well and truly out of pocket and still don’t have an app that works either!

    After my first review they resubmitted the app for me. On July 27 the app was rejected again. On July 31 I was told that they are looking into the problem and plan to submit a new copy to apple by the end of that evening. To date (8/7) nothing new has been submitted. Ive reached out twice via email and have yet to get a response.

    these guys are Looks like a BIG SCAM they did the same thing to em. lied i paid for them to upload my apps they took money and no reply its almost one month. finally i removed their plugging and joined with another well known app company . their support is very good . they are working super fact to get my project done. DONT PAY for WordApp Mobile App Plugin. if you guys need to get the same experience what we got then pay for these guys and wait for month to reply and finally you will get what we got. REFUND OUR MONEY BACK DAVE!!! which we paid for uploading service

    While They were not able to Successfully get the App on the Apple Store, They did refund my money this week,
