    Hi there!

    I finally selected a theme that was really suave and had a grid layout.
    I had selected the theme and started working on developing my website and I was supposed to launch it tomorrow. However, today the website became unresponsive all of a sudden.
    Whenever I change from Minnak to any other theme, my website starts working and responding. However, when I switch back, it is the same unresponsive one.
    I really love this theme and would appreciate some help.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi.
    This problem can be caused by a plugin.
    Would you please disable your plugins and try again?

    Hi there!

    Yes, I tried doing that, but didn’t work. And I haven’t added many plugins, it is basically what came along with the wordpress setup.
    Here’s what I have:
    1. Autoptimise
    2. Litespeed Cache
    3. Wp Optimise
    4. Askimet (is inactive)
    5. Yoast SEO
    6. Cookie Notice (is inactive)
    I just added Molongui which is for guest authors. It is this only plugin that I tried removing.
    But the theme is still the same unresponsive. So I changed the theme for now because I had visitors coming in.

    Is there anything else apart from that solution you offered?

    Also, I will be adding plugins in future, then disabling the plugins won’t be an option for me.
    Could you please provide any information on this as I really love this theme.

    First, disable the Autoptimize plugin and clear the cache. Then test the theme. If this doesn’t solve your problem, turn on debugging in WordPress.

    Add the following code into your wp-config.php file.
    define( 'WP_DEBUG', true);

    Once you add this, the blank screen will now have errors, warnings, and notices. Share this codes that appear when you test your website.

    pro-tip; you can disable Autoptimize on a per-request basis by adding ?ao_noptimize=1 to the URL.

    if the problem is not there at that point, some autoptimize (re-)configuration might be needed to fix this. there are troubleshooting tips and info on how to exclude in the AO FAQ.

    hope this helps debugging,

    @tamermancar & @optimizingmatters – Thank you guys for this!

    Site works back again!!

    However, what precautions can I take to disallow such error from occurring again?

    if the problem went away by disabling Autoptimize and you would like to keep AO, then first and foremost try to identify what is breaking things by just disabling CSS or JS or HTML or Image optimization (incl. lazyload). Based on that we can see what the next steps need to be ??

    @optimizingmatters Hi there! Thank you for your reply.
    I think I can do without AO as I have Litespeed Cache & Smush already pre-installed. ??

    sure, if you’re happy then all is ok ??
