Unsubmit WordPress Plugin Request

I just submitted a plugin via www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/add/. Is there a way to unsubmit it before it is approved? It has not been approved so it is not yet visible to the public. Should I delete the .zip file that I linked to? Would that work? Does WP download the .zip file immediately and hold it or is it a live link that gets downloaded at the time that a moderator is approving it? Can requests be edited?
