Unsubscribe and Manage Subscriptions Links Returning 404

On the “Confirm you want to unsubscribe” page generated by MailPoet, when I click on “Yes, unsubscribe me” (https://greathalltheatrical.com/layouts/partners/p5-copyright/?mailpoet_router&endpoint=subscription&action=unsubscribe&data=eyJxdWV1ZUlkIjo4LCJ0b2tlbiI6IjNjMmFhZSIsImVtYWlsIjoianN0b3V0akBnbWFpbC5jb20ifQ), I get a 404 error.
The “Manage Subscription” link generated by the [link:subscription_manage_url] short code, as seen in an email in my inbox, is https://greathalltheatrical.com/layouts/partners/p5-copyright/?mailpoet_router&endpoint=subscription&action=manage&data=eyJ0b2tlbiI6IjNjMmFhZSIsImVtYWlsIjoianN0b3V0akBnbWFpbC5jb20ifQ. Clicking on this also returns a 404.
Is “/layouts/partners/p5-copyright” supposed to be in these URLs? This certainly looks like the error. I tried changing my theme to see if that could somehow be interfering with these links, but that didn’t fix the problem. Any ideas?
