    Hello, Why the unsubscribe button is not working, I have tried to make it work but the link does not work!

    Can you please share with us HTML code from “Text” mode of Email Body section of Edit Email Template page?

    Also, kindly share with me URL of your website. So, I can abandon a cart on your site and check in the abandoned cart reminder email.
