    Though a fix was made to Email Subscribers to address this problem, the issue remains as of version 5.7.47

    @anupamkhatua?I just received an unsubscribe email from an Apple Mail user since updating to 5.7.39, and I regret to inform you that the updates made so far do not solve the issue. The unsubscribe email body now contains the following:

    From: [email protected] <[email protected]> 
    Sent: Sunday, January 12, 2025 15:24
    To: [email protected]
    Subject: Unsubscribe [email protected] from AdventureTaco

    Contact-ID:917,Campaign-ID:1,Message-ID:241,Unsubscribe-Link:https://adventuretaco.com/?es=unsubscribe

    Apple Mail sent this email to unsubscribe from the message “Unsubscribe [email protected] from AdventureTaco”.

    As I noted previously, this does give me the information to go in through IG Express to find the user and unsubscribe them manually, but it would be much more useful to include the specific unsubscribe URL in the body of the email, so I could click on it directly. The specific unsubscribe link in this case would be:

    https://adventuretaco.com/?es=unsubscribe&hash=eyJtZXNzYWdlX2lkIjoiMjQxIiwiY2FtcGFpZ25faWQiOiIxIiwiY29udGFjdF9pZCI6IjkxNyIsImVtYWlsIjoic2xlZXB5amltQGdtYWlsLmNvbSIsImd1aWQiOiJocG5hdHctZHlxaXNjLXJ2aHdpYy1mdHhpZ20taHZtemxkIiwibGlzdF9pZHMiOiIiLCJhY3Rpb24iOiJ1bnN1YnNjcmliZSJ9

    I’d love an update on when you think this will work correctly.

    I suggest that you update the plugin to the latest version, 5.7.48. After updating, please check and confirm if the queries have been resolved.

    I have confirmed that with 5.7.48, it is still sending messages exactly like those from 5.7.47. There is no long unsubscribe URL for me to click on. The &hash=[long base64 encoded string] is not present in the email, the URL just ends with ?es=unsubscribe. See below:

    Regarding your concern, the latest version should resolve the issue, as we have tested it on our end. It’s possible that the Apple unsubscribe email is sent from an old address.

    I’m not sure if, by “the latest version,” you mean 5.7.48, but if so, it’s not working for me, even with a current (not old) email address.

    I am currently out of town on holiday, but I’ll reach out in a week, upon my return.
