Unsubscribe from plugin an forum topics

Hello. Not sure if this is the right place to post this but I am being overwhelmed by email from plugin and forum topics that I’m not subscribed to. I go to the plugin or forum topic from the email and it says “subscribe” on the right whe I login to work.org. So I do not get the option to unsubscribe. I’ve seen some posts regarding this but but still keep getting emails and it’s getting worse. I like the forums and being able to get help here but if this continues I will have to mark them all as spam which I’d rather not. Is there anyone who can help me out with this? Ty in advance.

Which should show you that you’re subscribed to the Megamenu plugin. You can unsubscribe via the button at the top of this link.
