the email says I can unsubscribe at the afor mentioned url but off hand I don’t see a way to do that.

OK I’ve done some more looking around and it looks like what is happening is that I am getting emails from a local install of WP. Is there a way to find or view error logs. Because I think something must be amiss with my WP install.
