unsubscribe link does not work

    I have gone to the settings page to setup the unsubscribe link. I added the page and the text for success and the text for failed. When a user clicks unsubscibe in the email nothing happens at all.

    @cyberbumjb Please make sure that you have entered Unsubscribe confirmation page URL which is on settings page.

    As I mentioned in the first message I have already setup the unsubscribe URL and its settings, it still doesnt work…

    i’m having the same problem. I’ve created a page https://www.mysite.com/unsubscribe and put that URL in confirmation page URL textbox, exactly just i wrote it. (without htttp….)

    I sent a test email to a test account, which was successful. But when i click unsubscribe, nothing happens.
