    Hi,

I followed the steps described in your Guide to set up my Confirmation page and my Success Page. So I decided to try if they worked correctly and I subscribed to the newsletter with my personal email. Then I sent myself an email and clicked the Unsubscribe link, confirming that I want to unsubscribe. When I ended all the passages I checked the list of subscribers and I noticed that my email was still active and it didn’t deactived.

I’m currently using the version 4.5.0 of MailPoet and WordPress 6.1.1

    Can you help me?

    Hey there @ljubamarcolin !

Were you able to complete the unsubscribe process (did you see the success message)?

Was the email address you were testing with used for the admin account of the site?

Do you have another email address you can test subscribe and unsubscribe with?

    Hi @slash1andy,

sorry to answer so late. I found out the issue is caused because I sent myself a test email from the setting page. Then I sent a real newsletter and tried again to unsubscribe and this time it worked! So I guess the first time it didn’t operate?properly just because I was working with a preview newsletter.
