    Hi,

    If I’m not wrong, the link to unsubscribe from receiving the email on the abandoned cart serves only to not receive more messages about that particular abandoned cart. If the customer returns later to leave abandoned carts again he begins to receive emails.

    I think there should be an option to unsubscribe the customer from receiving emails from abandoned carts forever. Especially to comply with the GDPR law.

    Hi,

    Yes, you are correct. We are unsubscribing the abandoned cart reminder email for the particular abandoned?cart. We are not unsubscribing the user email address. So if the user abandoned a new cart then our plugin will send an abandoned cart reminder email for the new cart.?

    I will talk to my developers and I try to provide an option to Unsubscribe via emails in order to comply the plugin with GDPR.
