unsubscribed automatically

    One of my subscribers is a mailing list address (sympa). It change automatically to Unsubscribed when some mail is sent (about 3 – 5).
    I don’t understand exactly why this happen and need help to just solve the problem. I’m using this plugin since 2 years and now, that I changed my host, have this issue.

    What I did to try to solve:
    set to Single Opt In;
    corrected the cron job url;
    used Sync function;

    unfortunately, nothing changed.

    @silvioto2,

    Email status should not automatically get set to unsubscribed. Is it happening only with that one client or with everybody?

    Also, did you changed your opt-in & opt-out url? Steps are explained here.

    opt-in & opt-out url was ok, I changed these one month ago. This problem affect only the mailing list. At this point, I suspect it is the problem, not the plugin.
    I’m going to activate new mailing list on the new host. I’ll post the result. Thanks for now.

    Problems with new host too, but different. Email are sent but not received. When I’ll have time I will investigate deeply but, for now, I disabled the plugin. Thanks a lot, I write you again in the future.
