unsubscribing to wp forums

I am sick of receiving countless emails every time somebody posts on the WP forum. There is nowhere to unsubscribeAnd I have spent hours on this now.My whole email box is full up with WordPress forums posts. There MUST be away. When I go on to the WordPress site And go to support it says I am not subscribed to any forum which is totally ridiculous Otherwise how would I be getting all this mail

Per this, there’s caching bug that may not show all subscriptions. Which forum are you getting mail from?
