Unsubscription doesn't work

    Please provide more info what doesn’t work for you. The unsubscribe link works fine for me.

    When I add a new user a receive the first message.

    I click the unsubscription link and the user is always in the list (and active).

    I’m sorry, I cannot help with a problem without seeing it. Unsubscribe links works perfect for me, no matter which message it is.
    Closing the case.

    I can give more info about this NOT working……. I get this error after I attempt to unsubscribe from an email….

    An Error Occured
    Invalid unsubscribe link. Please contact the blog administrator for more information.

    This is being run in a multi site set up

    @blackninjaentertainment – please start your own thread – this one is quite outdated and marked resolved and it’s not likely that your set-up is identical.
