Unsuccessful transfer – twice

I attempted to do a cPanel move of a multisite to another shared server (Siteground to namecheap) twice. The first time I’m not sure what happened but files were missing. I did a fresh reinstall on the destination server and tried again. The second time only one of four (number 4) came across. At a loss here…
