    For free product support, we regularly answer questions on product’s support forums. Please submit a ticket there. If you are unable to find a support forum, continue with this form. We will try our best to get back to you as soon as we can. But we have to give priority to our paid customers.

    The last reply is from 8 months ago. Don’t give people false hopes. Just write on the plugin page that you don’t give support.
