    Hi,

I’ve seen this problem posted here before but I wasn’t sure of what actually resolved the issue.

I’m seeing a lot of messages like this:

Unsupported post request. Object with ID ‘4790962464346774’ does not exist, cannot be loaded due to missing permissions, or does not support this operation. Please read the Graph API documentation at https://developers.facebook.com/docs/graph-api

I’ve tried using the snippet to delete products but, apparently, that did not work as I’m seeing this message again — it crops up pretty much whenever I update a product.

    What should I do?
    Thanks

Though…this time it was when I accidentally duplicated the item then deleted the duplicate. If you delete an item in WooCommerce does it subsequently get deleted from your associated Facebook catalog?

    Hello @tricheryltops

The error "Unsupported post request. Object with ID 'X' does not exist" may occur due to a couple of reasons:

    * Editing/removing product on the Facebook product catalog side
    * Changing type of product generating a new ID
    * Communication issues with Facebook API during sync

This might on rare occasions cause the product catalog to go out of sync and cause error messages like yours.

To clean up the Facebook product catalog you can go to WP Admin > Marketing > Facebook > Sync products and manually trigger re-syncing of the whole product catalog.

You can find more details here: https://woocommerce.com/document/facebook-for-woocommerce/#catalog-syncing

You can use the “Reset Facebook Metadata” option if this is happening with just a few of your products.

If manually triggering the sync of the products doesn’t work, you may need to bulk reset Facebook Metadata for all the products and I would recommend checking this documentation here:https://woocommerce.com/document/facebook-for-woocommerce-delete-or-reset-all-facebook-products/#reset-all-products (Is this the snippet you tried already?)

If this has already been tried, could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in your response.

You can also use https://pastebin.com/ to remove any sensitive data.

Once we have that information, we’ll be in a better place to help.
