Unsure how to enable add new button

Under Settings ” Enable Add New Button” is on.
“Add Button Link” No idea what to put in that
The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi,
Add Button Link should be link/Full URL to a page where you want to send the user to submit a link. Typically it should be a page with a contact form that user can fill up and request to add links. An example would be from our demo:
https://dev.quantumcloud.com/sld-free/submit-link/Some people use a Google form to collect link submissions. Up to you.
