Unsure how to import plugin

Hi there,

I am struggling with the importing. I can export a folder full of files called customizer-export-import, but as it won’t let me upload the entire folder, how do I install the plug-in? Is it a particular file within the folder or do I have to zip it etc.?

The folder is made up of:
classes (folder)
css (folder)
includes (folder)
js (folder)
lang (folder)
customizer-export-import (PHP file)
README (MD file)
readme (text document)

I installed the theme for a particular demo layout, so any help would be much appreciated. Thanks ??
