Unsyncable Site when changed from pro to free

    Hi,

    I’m changing my business branding and I’m moving from one website to another. I disconnected my old website from the pro version and put the pro version on my new website.

    I decided to keep my old website going so I put the free plugin on my old website. Before it had been syncing without any issue. However now having gone from pro version to the free version I receive the error message “Unsyncable Site”.

    What do I have to do to be able to use the free version on my old website that once had the pro version installed?

    I can confirm that this site is already connected with us on a Kiss WP Websites free account & is syncing without any issues at the moment.
