Untitled_ posts?

  • For the last 3 weeks, we’ve noticed posts showing up in our dashboard that are titled Untitled_1 (have been all the way up through 20), they have no author, no content and go into our default category Uncategorized. We’ve check out .htaccess and it hasn’t been altered. We’ve also installed WordFence in hopes it would catch whatever is causing it. It’s helped with other issues, but not this one in particular. Can someone tell us what is causing this and what we can do to fix it?
