Untranslated page impact to SEO as duplicate content?

I have a website where I have many pages, and many blog post, I’d like to use translatepress to translate the front few main pages of my website, but I do not plan to translate each of my blog posts, that means I’m going to have untranslated same content on different URL such as /jp/example-post, /es/example-post, etc…
What are the implication in terms of SEO? Will Google or other search engine see this as duplicate content?
Another question is, is it possible for me to make blog post that the main version is the alternative language then have my main site language as translated language for the blog post? (For example when creating cultural related blog post targeting specific language, I’d like Google to know English is the translated instead of the main)
