Unusable

  • Incredibly unhappy with how the Paypal Express plugin has been handled. Purchased a plugin that never worked correctly. That plugin was dropped from development and I was told to use this one instead.

    This plugin has a nice PayPal account setup, but that’s it. There are not enough features for it to be usable. The most glaring current problem is the requirement to collect a shipment address, which is not how our site functions.

  • I’ve logged an issue to investigate the shipping requirement. Should be hidden if order is virtual.

    Try the new version 1.1.0. Shipping addresses are not collected for virtual orders.

    Thanks for the update, Mike. Better than what the developers have done.

    I’m not wasting any more time with this plugin. Going to move to Stripe and avoid all of this nonsense.

    Still, could test it again – it might work better in your case as an additonal option to Stripe.
