Unusable and No support at all

Installed easily and I think it may function properly, but it will only display black text over black background (even though my website content is a white background) so all field entry instructions and field names are completely illegible. Looks like just a couple form fields and text area boxes floating around randomly on a page with no descriptions of what to do.
Tried repeatedly to get any assistance at all from bbpress.org but never got a single response from anybody at all. Support to fix these deal-breaker bugs is non-existant.
