    Hey Spencer!

Thanks so much for reaching out to us with your feedback. Feedback is crucial to our growth, so I really appreciate you taking the time to provide it. ??

I’m sorry about the confusion here! It is never our intention to mislead anyone or make our plugin seem like something that it’s not.

The plugins on the www.ads-software.com repository are actually what we call ‘bridge’ plugins that connect WP E-Signature with the other plugins that we integrate with, which is why we offer them for free. In order to use these plugins, you’ll need our WP E-Signature plugin (with an active license), the ‘bridge’ plugin that you mentioned and the main form integration plugin that you’re looking to integrate with.

I’m sorry if this wasn’t clear to you from this page. I will definitely chat with my team to see how we can improve this experience and avoid future confusion.

If you have any other feedback for me please let me know. I’d love to hear it! You can hit us up at https://www.approveme.com/contact and we’d be happy to answer any questions you have.

Thanks again for helping our business improve. I hope you have an excellent weekend!

    Kind Regards,

    Thread Starter Spencer Hill

    Hey,

I appreciate the response. Obviously thoughtful.

If this Plugin does actually do something without the premium version I would be willing to test that and revise my review contextual to that functionality. I’m not just looking to complain. ??

It’s against WordPress Plugin Directory policies to publish a Plugin that doesn’t actually do anything – specifically when it requires the user to purchase something else. That seems to be the case unfortunately. But please correct me if I’m wrong.

I’m a Plugin author too and offer free versions that invite people to upgrade to premium. So I respect and appreciate that approach.
