Unuseable

  • this plugins has great potential, and once was pretty good. But since a couple of months is not useable anymore. i used it with top themes like blocksy and pagebuilder framework. And its loads in very flashy.

    I used this plugin in many of my projects (regret that now) and it cost me alot of time to replace it all.

    Looks like a conflict with the Blocksy performance optimization code https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/shocking-way-of-loading-in/

    Our plugin works perfectly with standard themes and most of the popular premium and free themes. But when one of the thousands of themes adds the hard code, which breaks our plugin, this does not mean our plugin is bad…

    No realy not the case. Besides the fact that blocksy is very popular theme; it also fails with the page builder-framework theme. (and problably a lot more)

    Maybe this helps you locate the problem: the plugin worked till version 2.8.5 of pagebuilder framework; after that its breaks in a similar way as the in blocksy theme

    But if you make your plugin useable again; I will ofcourse remove or update this rating.

    We have a task to check the compatibility of our plugin and the Blocksy theme, it has a low priority for now. It does no depends on your rating.

    If you want to help, you can use GitHub pull requests or find what exactly is conflicting in the Blocksy code and let us know. If you can’t help, please spare us your ultimatums and rating threats and find a different plugin.
