• Hi there,

I’ve been using Astra Pro for a client on their site along with Elementor and Hummingbird. I was recently updating their homepage to try some SEO things and noticed their mobile speed tanked after the recent theme update.

I removed a YouTube video I embedded, which helped a bit, but upon looking into the Opportunities I noticed something strange…

Under Google’s “Remove Unused CSS,” there are two items taking up space that don’t even have a proper path on which to click. I can only see a plain text snippet, but it’s obviously coming from Astra.

    The first one is: html{font-size:93.75%;}…
    The second one is: .ast-article-post .ast-date-meta .posted-on,.ast-date-meta .posted-on *background…}…

It’s strange that there’s no link to the source available.

I just updated his theme this week, when he contacted me to do maintenance.

Any leads? Later on, I can comb through the files to find the offending bits of code, but this has never come up before.

    Thanks!
