Unused javascript, css and render blocking

Keep in mind that when we combine a js or CSS script, we generate a combined style or js based on all scripts on a specific page. If you get that message, most probably scripts loaded on your page are not actually used, but still combined.

To solve this, you would need to locate those scripts and consider their usage. Those scripts may be added by your theme or other plugins so you would have to tweak them in order to reduce or remove them.
