Unused plugins lots of false positive

Just found this plugin which was exactly the sort of thing I wanted as I wasn’t sure how prevalent some plugins were on my site however I notice it is throwing up a fair few hits I know are actively in use. The following plugins are being flagged as currently unused incorrectly:slickr-flickr – https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/slickr-flickr/
Easy Appointments – https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/easy-appointments/
WP Theater (using youtube shortcude option) – https://en-gb.www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-theater/The first two are still in active development whilst the last seems inactive.

I’ve analyzed the problem, testing it with Easy Appointments plugin. I’ve found that this plugin load shortcode definition only in frontend pages and not for all the website (as large part of the WordPress plugins do). In fact you cannot find the plugin shortcodes neither in my “Documentation” page; so the shortcodes found are marked as unused/orphan.I’ve added to my TO-DO list for the next releases ??
