Order email issues

In my Edit Order page, “Resend new order notification” doesn’t work, and doesn’t show up in the Activity tab, but “Email invoice / order details to customer” works.
New order emails send okay when a new order is created, I just can’t do it under Order actions an an order page. Very odd.
Any clues to why that may be? I’m on the latest version of Offload SES
