    Hi there,

I’ve noticed that within a few of my websites, I see this message.

We’ve noticed that emails are being sent from the following unverified email addresses:
    contact@{{domain-removed-for-privacy}}.co.uk
Please verify these email addresses with Amazon, or use an email address that has already been verified.

Having looked into this, the domain is verified.

The plugin shows 25 verified senders, but my Amazon account shows 66 verified senders.

Any idea what’s going on here?

    Hi there!

WP Offload SES Support Team here, Thanks for reaching out with your query we would be happy to assist.

Could you please let us know if the emails are sending fine but the error/notices still appears? If yes, kindly verify if you have the latest version of the plugin, 1.6.2 or atleast version 1.6.1.

This is because we previously had a bug where emails from a verified domain results in an unverified email notice. Please see – https://deliciousbrains.com/wp-offload-ses/whats-new/#mar-15-2023

We look forward to your response!

    Hi there,

I am using version 1.6.2 and test emails are received without a problem.

    Thanks for your feedback.

We have verified all senders and the test email works fine. There are no messages unsent in the Activity listing (there were, we deleted them). Yet we get this message: WP Offload SES —?One or more emails have failed to send.

We are using the very latest version of the plugin (just updated today).

What would you suggest we look at?

@kwebdesign when you dismiss that notice about the unverified email address, does it return straight away, or after another email using that address is sent?

@tedstur that’s a very different error notice to the one being discussed in this thread. Please create a new support topic with details of the problem you’re seeing, including any debug.log entries that include “WP Offload SES #” at the beginning, and diagnostic info.

I cleared the message and refreshed the page, but the message did not return. I sent a test and returned to the General tab, and the message was there again.

@kwebdesign, does WP Offload SES show that “domain.co.uk” is verified in the “Verified Senders” tab?

Please can you confirm that the region in WP Offload SES’s “Settings” tab matches the region you’d expect?

Sorry, I should have been clearer in my original message.

The websites that I’m having the issues with, aren’t showing up in the “Verified Senders” tab. When I said “The plugin shows 25 verified senders, but my Amazon account shows 66 verified senders.”, I’m trying to establish why only 25 show up in the “Verified Senders” tab. I’m assuming, if I can get them all to show up, the error will go away.

The plugin and AWS is set to Europe London. I’ve checks one domain that does show in the “Verified Senders” tab and also a domain that doesn’t.

@kwebdesign please try verifying that domain via WP Offload SES.

When I add the domain it says…

Email identity {domain name removed} already exist.

It’s definitely not in the list of senders though.

kwebdesign, i’m trying to contact you but I can’t find your info.

    This was fixed in v1.6.5.

After upgrading, please dismiss the unverified email address error notice. If it comes back later, that will hopefully not be a false positive and should be looked into.
