Unwanted block of text

    I updated my website and then I had this block of text appear on 4 of my pages

    which theme are you using?
    was the theme custom created?
    maybe the block of text is related to widgets that are hardcoded into the theme files.
    maybe the widgets can be removed in the customizer area of your WordPress dashboard.

    Yes, they are a set of widgets, how do I get rid. I am a bit of a novice at this.
