Unwanted diabetes links on site?

My daughter is in a arts magnet school here in Denver. I have volunteered to keep the website of her Vocal Department up to date. I have enjoyed learning how to manage the wordpress site.

I recently found two links at the bottom of the border area. they are links to diabetes sites. and although I don’t like diabetes like anyone else, they don’t belong on a public school webpage.

I can inspect the site and find the to items, but I can’t seem to find where to delete them within the wordpress admin site. Anyone’s help would be appreciated. Thanks you.
