Unwanted dotted line on single border only

Please check if you still have the same dotted line when you temporarily switch the theme to a default Twenty theme series.

Yes, but you can do it in a very short time. Or you can do it on a staging site environment.

I can see that line is coming from Elementor. If you can see the same even on a default WordPress theme, that means it is not theme related. Elementor forum would be your next place to ask.
