• Hello!

A few days ago I started receiving this “Welcome to the famous five minute WordPress installation process!” page on my site.

I recently updated my WordPress version, but now, out of the nowhere I’m getting this page when I’m working on my site from the WP Dashboard (posting, editing, uploading etc.)

I checked some past topics about checking the the DB. I followed the instructions and everything’s fine there. https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/random-and-unwanted-upgradereinstall-wtf-help?replies=11

[Moderator Note: Please ensure that you are embedding links correctly in your posts. Link corrected.]

It usually lasts around a few hours, but it’s really annoying. Have I done anything wrong to get this?

Ps. I can’t even post my site address because, as I said before, this message comes and goes.

I hope you can help me.

    Best Regards!!!

  • Have to spoken your hosts about this? It sounds like a database issues at their end.

I haven’t yet. I’ll let the hosts know about this problem, though I’ll have to get this screen on my page. I’ll try to make it appear. If I don’t solve this problem with the hosts, I’ll post again what’s going on. Thanx!!!
