Unwanted image placeholder at top of page

I hope someone can help me.
I need to get rid of a <div> that forces space above my image header. It is written immediately after the <body ——> tag:
<body –lotsa classes etc here–>
<div class=”wbb-ocm-trigger 1″>
<img src=””>
</div>Thanks ahead ??
