Unwanted Link on My Site

An unwanted link on my website recently popped up. I changed all my passwords to avoid this happening again but I cannot find where the link is at. It only shows up on Safari for me. I searched for it in my css and all my templates and I cannot find it. The link is in the header on the right hand side underneath the search icon. Can anyone please help me out with this!
