Unwanted noindex on homepage

I have set up category layouts for important categories. The main category layout is my home page. The category shoud be index abd follow.

So for example: this category https://www.icelandaurora.com/phototours/category/photo-tours/ is the same layout as the home page. The category is index and follow, but the homepage is noindex, follow.
