Unwanted notifications on forums

I would like to know how to stop tons of notifications from these forums from hitting my email. I am unsubscribed from all the topics I was following and have no subscriptions in my profile that I can find. I follow the email back to the forums and it shows that I am NOT subscribed to receive them. It’s been going on for months now.
