Unwanted pictures on blog posts

I absolutely LOVE the keratin theme – simply and bold, absolutely brilliant. However the one thing that I’m struggling with is how to get the sticky picture to be only on the home page, not also on the blog posts.

Anyone have suggestions here? They would be much appreciated!!
