Unwanted PopUp

    I have an unwanted popup that occurs on first visit to the site. It says:

    “Get Amazing Stories
    Get great contents delivered straight to your inbox everyday, just a click away, Sign Up Now”

    Is SumoMe responsible for that and if so, how do I get rid of it. This is an inherited site.

    Write in to our support team (https://help.sumome.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) and make sure to include the URL you’re seeing this happen on.

    They’ll take a look and let you know how to fix the problem if it’s Sumo. ??

    I found the guilty plugin. It was from ChimpMate. I’ve sorted it now.

    how did you sort it? I have the same popup.
    So far I have deactivated the plugin, but when I need mailchimp I’ll need to activate it again.
    Did you do something more permanent?

    It’s a while now but I just found a check box somewhere. Can’t remember where exactly.
