Unwanted search boxes

    Search boxes recently appeared above ALL my Tablepress tables. Many of them are too small to warrant a search box and this feature has not been enabled. I think it happened after upgrading to WP 5.9, but not certain. Any ideas?

    thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

    From what I can see, the “Search” feature is indeed activated for these tables, on their respective “Edit” screen. I have not heard any similar reports about the update of WordPress 5.9 having an influence here, though. I could imagine that the update “inadvertently” fixed a JavaScript issue which now results in the search box being visible again.
    To turn the Search field off, you’ll have to uncheck the corresponding checkbox on the table’s “Edit” screen again.
