Unwanted Sidebar Links

I am a long-time WP user and I am encountering an issue I have not seen prior.

If I and a “Navigation” widget to a sidebar, WP automatically adds “Dashboard” and “Logout” to the widget.

I cannot find anywhere to remove them from the widget, because they do not show up on the widget page.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
