Unwanted text links on all posts starting a couple days ago, not hacked

  • Starting a few days ago, the entire top section of each of my individual posts is appearing as a link to my pinterest. On the homepage its not this way, only when you click to go to the individual post. I did link to pinterest at the bottom of a recent post, but I don’t know how this is affecting the top of every new post…

    I’m using the most updated version of the Ari theme.

    My blog is https://www.craftywhatnot.com and here’s a link to an individual post with the problem:

  • Check the HTML in the text widget in your sidebar – it’s the cause of this.

    <img src="https://craftywhatnot.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/01/pinterest.gif" width="42" < a >

    should be

    <img src="https://craftywhatnot.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/01/pinterest.gif" width="42" />
