Unwanted zoom effect on section background Image

  • Using Elementor v2.2.4 & Elementor Pro v2.1.9 with Astra theme v1.5.1.

    On mobile, the background image of the top section seems to zoom in / get bigger / reposition when scrolling down.

    It seems, though, that if I set a minimum height under section > layout, that the problem goes away. This is a solution, I suppose; but I’d still like to know what is causing this to happen, in the first place.

    I’d prefer that they remain static as they seem to on desktop and tablet.
